Seaview Cottage

Seaview Cottage is the larger of our two detached, traditional stone barn conversions, graded 5* by Visit Wales. The spacious open plan upper floor comprises a luxury kitchen/diner and generous lounge with simple truss timbered roof and Morso log burning stove.
The comfortably and stylishly appointed room leads out to a large raised patio area and generous garden, its elevated position taking advantage of extensive countryside, sea and mountain views.

 

Craftsman made ledged and braced oak doors, bespoke oak staircase, under floor heating with slate flooring to the ground floor and oak flooring upstairs complete the exceptional level of finish and comfort.

The cottage kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, glasses, microwave oven, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Each property has a 32"LCD HD ready television with Freeview, HD DVD player and Home Cinema Stereo System with USB connectivity.

 

Downstairs, Seaview Cottage features one double and one triple bedroom, sleeping up to five (+cot) and bathroom (with bath and over bath shower). Heating, electric, a basket of logs, wash up materials, towels and linen are supplied with beds made up prior to arrival.

Free Wi-Fi is available via a code. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, home made preserve and milk are also provided on arrival.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is one of two detached, traditional stone barn conversions, graded 5* by Visit Wales. Its open plan lounge dining area features an open king post and truss timbered roof. French doors lead on to a patio area with garden furniture. The cottage enjoys lovely garden and countryside views.

 

Leather and oak furniture, a Morso log burning stove and local art works create a cosy atmosphere. The craftsman made bespoke staircase, ledged and braced oak doors, luxury kitchen diner, solid oak and slate flooring together with under floor heating complete the excellent standard of comfort and accommodation throughout.
